A very much appreciated lecturer and professional coach in running and foot/body movement biomechanics he also does multisport. With a background in ultra marathons he wants not just to spread his toes but also his extensive knowledge on the natural and innate foot functionality.
Sebastian has extensive experience of helping people regardless of level. Furthermore, being a Foot Map Practitioner, Born to Run instructor and Biomechanical coach, all this together with many years in an elite environment he has reached a full range of understanding in human locomotion.
As a part owner of FreeFoot and the Joe Nimble Concept Stores in Sweden, Sebastian now runs 4 stores all over the country while at the same time educating professionals and holding clinics, as so he is doing his utmost to make people aware of the benefits of Toefreedom for feet all over the world.
